Craftex proudly delivered a full engineering system overhaul for a 120 m² warehouse with 6m ceilings, ensuring efficiency, safety, and modern standards.
We carried out a full-scale redesign and implementation of all engineering systems in a (1,292 sq ft) warehouse with a 646 ft ceiling height. The client provided an initial electrical layout, which we substantially enhanced and optimized.
We developed new specifications and installed an electric heating system, ensuring uniform heat distribution throughout the facility. A bespoke lighting solution was also designed and installed to support operational efficiency in all work zones.

SERVICES
To overcome the challenge of no natural wastewater outflow, we installed pipework for a sink and an emergency safety shower.
A pump system was designed to redirect wastewater to a remote location, requiring careful planning and seamless integration.
Plumbing and Drainage Solutions
We installed air outlets for effective circulation and fume extraction. For the electrolytic workstation, a dedicated ventilation system was built, venting 12 meters above roof level to maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
Ventilation and Air Quality Systems
All electrical systems were connected to a high-voltage panel and integrated with the existing consumer unit.
A full inspection and testing process confirmed safety, compliance, and reliable performance of every system installed.
